DGCA Post TMU Reviews and Special Medical Examinations

The Need
An illness or injury, unless extremely serious, is only a small blip in the career of an aircrew. Some medical conditions may result in temporary unfitness (TMU), but very few cause permanent unfitness (PMU).
What Can We Do For You?

We have been specially selected by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) this year to evaluate, assess and declare all medically unfit cases. We have developed robust in-house laboratory, Radiological and specialist support towards this. We offer best advice and aeromedical assessment based on latest international practices and aeromedical literature to ensure matching of residual medical disability and effects of medication with DGCA medical requirements, without compromising aviation safety or making you unfit for longer than necessary.

Once you have recovered adequately to apply for renewal of medical certificate based on the recommendations of relevant AICs and / or your treating clinician's recommendation, you are to apply for No Objection Certificate (NOC) to DGCA to conduct medical evaluation at our centre. On receipt of NOC, we would register you in the eGCA module and conduct medical evaluation.

In case you need pre-NOC evaluation, we also would provide you consultancy. However please note that the investigations done and opinions given thereof will be independent of final DGCA sanctioned medical assessment.

We maintain complete confidentiality and advocate with the regulator(s) only after informing you.
